2024 D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event / 2024 D23 Expo Things to Know

Here are some new things for 2024:

• You must be a D23 Member to purchase tickets. Fans can join D23 with a Gold Membership ($99.99), Gold Duo Membership ($129.99), or General Membership (complimentary) at JoinD23.com
• D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event will again take place in Anaheim, CA. All the fan favorites will return to this year’s event, and fans will get even more—an expanded and more immersive show floor at the Anaheim Convention Center; more shopping; and bigger presentations at evening shows at the Honda Center!
• A complimentary round-trip shuttle service will be available between the Anaheim Convention Center and the Honda Center before and after the evening shows, offered on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to limited availability
• D23 Gold Members will have first access to all tickets and exclusive access to purchase tickets for the D23 Ultimate Preferred Fan Pass (includes a 3-day floor seat for evening shows at the Honda Center and 3-day access to all experiences at the Anaheim Convention Center).
• In addition, D23 Gold Members will have the opportunity to purchase D23 Fan Pass tickets at a discounted rate for those interested in access to the Anaheim Convention Center only.
• D23 Gold Members will also have access to additional benefits, discounts, and offers all weekend long at the event.
• We’re expanding reservation opportunities this year and guests will be allowed to make reservation selections for up to eight (8) total guests for most shows and presentations at the Anaheim Convention Center only. Guests will also have the opportunity to add, modify, or cancel their reservations before the event.
• A very limited ticket option exclusively for D23 Gold Members will include guaranteed reserved 3-day floor seating for ALL evening shows at the Honda Center (same seat each night), as well as 3-day access to the Anaheim Convention Center.
• A full week of separately ticketed D23 events will also be offered to provide more magic to Members. Visit D23.com for the latest information.

Tickets
D23 Gold Members will have first access to a limited number of 1-day and 3-day tickets for a limited time beginning March 26, 2024, at 12 p.m. PT.

D23 Gold and General Members who are also Visa cardholders—and who pay with their Visa—will have pre-sale access to a limited number of 1-day and 3-day tickets, for a limited time, beginning March 27, 2024, at 12 p.m. PT.

Tickets for all D23 Gold and General Members will go on sale beginning March 28, 2024, at 12 p.m. PT, while supplies last.

Like in 2022, you must be a D23 Member to purchase tickets. Join as a complimentary General Member or upgrade to Gold Membership to enjoy additional benefits, discounts, and offers all weekend long!

Children
All guests under age 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to attend this D23 event and will require an event ticket for admission. All children 2 years of age and older must have a ticket for admittance.

Ticket Options
To allow for fans to have as much flexibility and choice when it comes to accessing the multiple venues throughout the weekend, we are pleased to offer several ticketing options to attend this year’s event. Guests may purchase up to eight (8) tickets for D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event including the following types:

• D23 Ultimate Fan Pass 3-Day Ticket includes a 3-day seat for evening shows at the Honda Center (same seat each night) and 3-day access to all experiences at the Anaheim Convention Center—starting at $297/ticket.
• D23 Ultimate Fan Pass 1-Day Ticket includes a reserved seat for evening shows at the Honda Center and same-day access to all experiences at the Anaheim Convention Center—starting at $99/ticket.
• D23 Preferred Ultimate Fan Pass 3-Day Ticket (exclusive to D23 Gold Members) includes a 3-day floor seat for evening shows at the Honda Center (same seat each night) and 3-day access to all experiences at the Anaheim Convention Center—starting at $999/ticket.

Anaheim Convention Center Badges and Honda Center Tickets
Your D23 badge will provide you access to all the magic of D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event, allowing you access into the Anaheim Convention Center; the ability to enter the random selection process for your chance to secure reservations for select panels and experiences; participate in opportunities presented by Disney and Friends of Disney; receive photos taken at select experiences; redeem your D23 Event 2024 Gold Member gift (D23 Gold Members only); and more!

For Guests also attending the evening shows at the Honda Center, your digital ticket will provide you with access to the venue and information on your section, row, and reserved seat. Digital and print-at-home tickets for the Honda Center will be delivered to your tickets account this summer. More information to come.

No refunds are permitted for D23 tickets. All ticket sales are final. There are strictly no cancellations or refunds regardless of reason (including, without limitation, due to illness, change in travel plans, etc.). D23 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten badges.

Anaheim Convention Center Show Hours and Entry
Anaheim Convention Center show hours for all guests are 9 a.m. – 7 p.m.

For the health and safety of all guests, overnight queuing is not available for D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event. Additional entry instructions, including entry queue start times, will be provided in the weeks leading up to the event.

For the safety of all guests, there will be security screening at all event entrances, including bag check and metal detection. Please allow ample time when planning your arrival. View the Event Policies below for details about prohibited items for each venue.

Honda Center Entry and Show Times
Disney Entertainment Showcase: Friday, August 9, at 7 p.m.
Disney Experiences Showcase: Saturday, August 10, at 7 p.m.
Disney Legends Ceremony: Sunday, August 11, at 5 p.m.

Doors for the Honda Center will open two (2) hours prior to each presentation start time. For the safety of all guests, there will be security screening at all event entrances, including bag search and metal detection. Please allow ample time when planning your arrival.

PLEASE NOTE: The Honda Center has a strict “No Bag” policy. The maximum size bag allowed at the Honda Center is 5″ x 9″ x 2″ regardless if it is a clear bag or not. Medical and diaper bags may be a maximum of 12″ x 12″ x 12″. Backpacks, including mini backpacks, are not permitted under any circumstances. Honda Center does not offer a bag check.

Anaheim Convention Center Queues
For the health and safety of all guests, overnight queuing is not available for D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event. Additional entry instructions for the Anaheim Convention Center, including entry queue start times, will be provided in the weeks leading up to the event.

Additional information on the Reservations Random Selection Process will be available in early Summer 2024. For guests who do not receive reservations for their preferences at the Anaheim Convention Center, standby queues will be available for most panels and experiences. (FYI: Standby queues will be available for presentations at all Anaheim Convention Center event stages, Talent Central, and for most experiences across the show floor.)

Virtual queues—which operate slightly differently from a traditional standby queue—allow for guests to wait virtually so they can go enjoy other activities and experiences. Virtual queues will be available at select locations each day of the event. A list of locations utilizing virtual queues, as well as instructions for entering virtual queues, will be available in the weeks leading up to the event. Please note that virtual queues are separate from reservations, which are provided via a random selection process ahead of the event.

Venues, Parking, and Transportation
The Anaheim Convention Center is located at: 800 W. Katella Ave., Anaheim, CA 92802

The Honda Center is located at: 2695 E Katella Ave, Anaheim, CA 92806

Because we are in multiple locations this year, we will provide fans with several parking and transportation options to maximize their time at the different venues. For the first time, Disney will offer complimentary shuttles from The Anaheim Convention Center to the Honda Center. Additional details on all parking and transportation options—including shuttles, buses, and rideshare options for the Anaheim Convention Center and the Honda Center—will come in the months leading up to the event.

Hotels

Disney has an unwavering commitment to providing a welcoming, inclusive environment and accessible experiences for our Guests. At D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event, we offer a number of tools and resources to our Guests; some of these include sign language interpretation, CART services, assisted listening, and more. Please note that early entry to D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event venues is not permitted.

Mobility Devices
All queues are fully wheelchair accessible. Guests are invited to bring and use their own mobility device, such as a wheelchair, scooter (ECV), stroller, cane or walker, without any special request or item exception tag (subject to certain size restrictions as noted below in “Prohibited Items”). Please note that mobility devices are not available for rent at D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event.

To accommodate as many individuals as possible, we ask that Guests who are able to transfer to a venue seat do so. At the Anaheim Convention Center, ECVs and wheelchairs may be parked outside of the designated seating area after Guests have transferred to their seats. If guests are unable to transfer to a seat, they may remain in their mobility device. Admission to a session is not guaranteed by requesting accessible seating.

At the Anaheim Convention Center, for those Guests who can transfer to a venue seat, there will be designated areas for parking wheelchairs and ECVs as well as strollers during sessions at event stages. Please do not leave any valuables with your wheelchair, ECV, or stroller, as D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event is not responsible for any personal items that are lost, stolen, or broken.

There will not be wheelchairs, ECVS, or strollers for rent on site at the Anaheim Convention Center or at the Honda Center during the event. You may consider renting a wheelchair, ECV, or stroller before arriving at the event.

ScooterBug, a private mobility rental company in the local area, is available to provide wheelchair, ECV, and stroller rentals – including length-of-stay rentals – for Guests staying at the hotels of the Disneyland Resort as well as other select Anaheim-area hotels and resorts. Pre-orders and deliveries of mobility rentals through ScooterBug to Disneyland Resort hotels and other select local hotels are available by visiting ScooterBug.com/Anaheim or calling 800-726-8284.

Service Animals
A service animal means any dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. All pets or other animals (including emotional support, comfort, or companion animals) are not considered service animals and will not be permitted anywhere within D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event.

Guests who use service animals must retain control of them at all times and should keep them on a leash or in a harness while at D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event. At the Anaheim Convention Center, service animals may use any planter outside of the Anaheim Convention Center as a relief area. At the Honda Center, service animals may use a designated planter outside of the building. Please clean up after the service animals as needed.

ASL Interpretation and CART Services
American Sign Language (ASL) Interpretation and CART Services are available upon request at event stages at the Anaheim Convention Center. Note there is a specific seating section for ASL Interpretation and CART Services for Honda Center presentations.

For stages at the Anaheim Convention Center, you must submit a request for ASL Interpretation or CART Services in advance to our Guest Services team or up to 2 hours prior to the presentation you would like to attend on site at the Anaheim Convention Center. ASL Interpretation can be requested for the Show Floor, including for presentations at stages on the Show Floor and talent photo opportunities/signings. CART Services can also be requested for Show Floor locations. More information about locations and location and hours to request services on site at the Anaheim Convention Center will be available closer to the event.

Admission to a presentation is not guaranteed by requesting ASL Interpretation or CART Services.

Assisted Listening Devices
Assisted Listening Devices for use at the Anaheim Convention Center will be available for daily check out at the Anaheim Convention Center. Assisted Listening Devices can be utilized at all event stages at the Anaheim Convention Center and locations on the Show Floor. At each location, the device can be connected to a transmitter for that location. When arriving to queue for a presentation, please request to be seated in the section near the Assisted Listening transmitter. Admission to a presentation is not guaranteed by requesting seating near the Assisted Listening transmitter. More information about the assisted listening device locations and check out location and hours at the Anaheim Convention Center will be available closer to the event.

Other Services
Guests who are unable to wait in a conventional queue for an extended period of time due to a disability should discuss their needs with a Staff Member at the event. Guests are encouraged to bring a favorite device, sensory toy, or activity you think might be calming or keep a member of your party occupied during any extended waits.

Should a Guest become over-stimulated or need some down time, several quieter locations are available throughout the venue where you can “take a break.” If necessary, find a Staff Member who will assist in directing you to a quiet location nearby.

Please show common courtesy to fellow guests and our cast members by not using profanity or engaging in unsafe, illegal, disruptive, or offensive behavior; jumping lines; or saving places in lines for others. For your safety and the safety of others, please refrain from running.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests, please respect the following rules:

• All persons, bags, parcels, clothing, and other items may be subject to screening/security checks.
• We reserve the right not to allow any bag, parcel, or other item and to deal with any unattended object, bag, or luggage in whatever way we consider appropriate.
• Firearms, ammunition, knives, and weapons of any kind are prohibited.
• Children should be supervised. Guests under age 13 must be accompanied by a guest age 18 or older to enter.
• Ask permission from another guest prior to filming or photographing them.
• Badges, credentials, and other entitlements are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, revocable, and void if altered. The badge must be used by the same person on all days during its period of validity.

Dress Code
In keeping with our family-friendly atmosphere, and for health and safety reasons, D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event enforces a dress code. Proper attire must be worn at all times, including shirts and appropriate footwear. Clothing and tattoos with rude, vulgar, or offensive language or graphics are not permitted at any time. Admission to D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event may be denied if clothing is deemed by D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event management to be inappropriate. Comfortable clothing and footwear are recommended.

Permission to Film / Photograph / Record
Disney Worldwide Services, Inc. (“Disney”), and its affiliates, vendors, contractors, agents and/or assigns (together, “Producer”), and/or its licensees, sponsors, exhibitors (together, “Designees”) may be taking photos, filming and/or making other recordings at the Event locations (including but not limited to the Anaheim Convention Center, the Honda Center, and/or Disneyland Resort). By entering these locations, for yourself and on behalf of any children accompanying you, you: (i) irrevocably consent to and authorize Producer and its Designees to photograph you, make audio and/or video recordings of you in whatever medium, and use such photographs and recordings for all purposes (including advertising and promotions) in all media, now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, and in any language without notice, attribution, permission or payment; and (ii) acknowledge all such photographs and/or recordings will be the sole property of Disney and/or its Designees.

Guest Photography / Filming / Recording
Photography and videography may be prohibited at select venues, screenings, and presentations. For the safety, security, and comfort of our guests, selfie sticks and drones are not allowed at D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event. By attending D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event, you agree not to take pictures or video or make sound recordings wherever posted or announced as prohibited. Select presentations will be monitored for filming or unauthorized recording. Mobile phones and recording devices are strictly forbidden in these locations. Where designated within D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event, the use of any of the following equipment of any kind is strictly prohibited: camera equipment; camera flashes or strobes; video cameras, including cell phone video technology; and audio recording equipment. Any person using or attempting to use any such equipment may, at the sole discretion of D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event Management, be subject to removal from the venue and be refused entry to other events sponsored by or affiliated with D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event Management or The Walt Disney Company. D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event Management reserves the right to confiscate any photographs, audio recordings, and/or video taken in violation of this policy.

Assumption of Risk
By attending D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event, you assume, for yourself and any children accompanying you, all risks and danger of personal injury and all other hazards arising from or related or incidental to the D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event, whether occurring prior to, during, or after D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event, and you release, for yourself and any children accompanying you, Disney and its affiliates from any liability for loss or damage to persons or property, infringement of any right or any other claim or course of action of any kind.

Limitation of Liability
D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event Management makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy or suitability of any information in D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event materials; does not guarantee, warrant, or endorse the products or services of any firm, organization, or person noted herein or otherwise at D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event; and hereby disclaims all liability for any claims, losses, or damages in connection with the use or application of these materials or of any of the products or services at D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event.
